Welcome to the StreetChic. Please read through terms and conditions carefully before placing your order.

We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.

The Website:

We try every effort to ensure that all information contained on the website is as accurate as we can. However, rare error can happen sometimes. If you find an error or omission at the site, please let us know by emailing us at enquiries@streetchiclondon.com

The Price:

All prices contained in the website are in Pounds Sterling, delivery charge will be added in addition. All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.

We accept overseas orders. For international orders, please email us with the product links, product name, color and size of the items you would like purchase at orders@streetchiclondon.com. Then we will send you payment invoice regarding to your order and dispatch your order after we receive your payments.

Delivery Time and Cost:

All UK orders will be sent either by Royal Mail 1^st Class Recorded (usually by next working day) or Royal Mail Special Delivery (We will seek for other alternative delivery companies in case of post strike). All international orders will be sent via tracked and signed for Airmail, delivery time depending on countries and location, generally 2-3 working days to Europe, and 5-7 working days to the rest of the world.

Cost of delivery depends on the weight of your purchase. The following gives you a general idea of delivery charge

1^st Class Recorded delivery: £3.50

1^st Class Recorded delivery is free for orders over £100

Express Delivery: £5

Cost of international delivery varies according to weight, countries and locations, but it would generally cost around £7-£10.

Payment Options:

All order made through the website are paying through PAYPAL, you DO NOT need a PAYPAL account to pay through PAYPAL and all major debit and credit cards are accepted.

Returns and Refunds:

We are happy to refund any item you are not completely satisfied with. Returns must be made within 7 working days after the day you receive the item(s) in their original condition.

Please also note that in order to get a refund, items must be returned with all of the tags intact.

Please contact us first with detail (i.e.: order reference) of the “items to be returned” before sending the item(s) back to us. We will then issue a full refund excluding delivery charge on receipt.

Special Orders:

Special Orders on cosmetic and skin care products are non-refundable, and will be purchased from the countries of origin and sent via EMS to the UK. Customers will receive their orders within 5-7 working days after placing the order.

Product Information:

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible of the colours of our products on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and digital devices. Some colours may appear slight different that the actual item, we take photographs of the actual products to ensure the photos are as close to the actual product as possible. All sizes are measure by hand hence can not be exact. However, we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.

Privacy Policy:

We respect your privacy. Personal information provided is only used for services provided by the StreetChic (i.e.: processing an order and dispatching your package to your address) and is not shared with any third party.

Intellectual Property:

All elements of the StreetChic website, including product photos, are protected by copy right. We have gained the right to use any product photos that were not our own from the supplier. Any form of copying or using the elements from this website is strictly forbidden without permission.
